XDR Products was founded in 2013 and is an e-commerce tech company based in Richardson, TX. They provide high quality affordable electronic products. Their goals were to switch from their existing e-commerce solution, accept payments for their products on their website and completely redesign their website.

We built an eCommerce store so it was easy for potential visitors to find the products they wanted, build the confidence and attraction in the item they were previewing, and recommend similar products to them. We also made the the purchasing process simple, allowing for customers to make payments directly in the website and see items in their cart. The process had to be built with a precise workflow to guide customers through the purchasing experience.
Since the launch of their new website, XDR Products has been experiencing about an 84%-87% increase in traffic on annual basis!
Most of the traffic that XDR Products experienced were from new and existing customers on ther mobile and tablet device. We had to build a unique experience that was enjoyable for the mobile customers. We also placed a high amount of priority on their quality and emphasized features such as reviews on their products.
xdrproducts.com is a fully responsive theme that was customized to their branding guidelines. We also made it incredibly easy for the client to manage their content and provided numberous training sessions for them.
